Quarles Hails Introduction of Hemp Farming Act

Commissioner of Agriculture Ryan Quarles applauded the introduction of the bipartisan Hemp Farming Act of 2018 by United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) Thursday.
