Eco-Art Contest Deadline Extended

The deadline for the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection's 2017-18 Eco-Art Contest has been extended due to recent adverse weather conditions. Kentucky high school students are encouraged to submit their nominations by midnight on March
2.
The contest, which is in its ninth year, provides an opportunity for students to gain statewide recognition for their artwork as it relates to Kentucky's environment. The Eco-Art Contest is a facet of environmental education, which is part of department's strategy
to protect Kentucky's environment.
All nominations are due electronically and should be sent to envhelp@ky.gov. Visit http://dca.ky.gov/LGGS/Pages/ecoart.aspx for the nomination forms and more information.
