Kentucky Ag Policy Sets Key September Meetings

The Kentucky Office of Agricultural Policy has scheduled several important meetings this September, offering opportunities for stakeholders to engage both in person and virtually.

On Friday, September 12, the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC) Loan Review Committee will convene at 9 a.m. EDT. The session will be held in person at the Franklin County Extension Office, located at 101 Lakeview Court in Frankfort. Following this, KAFC will conduct its monthly business meeting at 10 a.m.

The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board (KADB) Program Evaluation Committee is set to meet on Wednesday, September 17, at 9:30 a.m. EDT. This session will be conducted via videoconference, allowing members to join remotely. Public access to the meeting will be available through Zoom using Meeting ID 869 0744 0424 and Passcode PEC0917.

Later in the month, on Friday, September 19, the KADB will hold its monthly business meeting at 9 a.m. EDT. This meeting will take place in person at the Franklin County Extension Office. Immediately following the business session, the KADB Application Review and Compliance Committee will gather to continue board activities.

These meetings highlight the state’s ongoing efforts to support and oversee agricultural development and finance programs.
