The Kentucky Office of Agricultural Policy (KOAP) has announced its October meeting schedule, with sessions taking place both in person and via videoconference.
On Wednesday, October 1, the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board (KADB) On-Farm Energy Committee will convene at 9 a.m. EDT via Zoom, allowing committee members to participate remotely. The meeting can be accessed using Meeting ID 815 5848 1050 and Passcode ENERGY1001.
On Friday, October 10, the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corp. (KAFC) Loan Review Committee will meet in person at 9 a.m. EDT at the Franklin County Extension Office, located at 101 Lakeview Court, Frankfort.
The KAFC monthly business meeting will follow at 10 a.m., with a joint strategic planning session between KAFC and KADB beginning at 1 p.m. EDT at the same location.
The KADB monthly business meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 17, at 9 a.m. EDT, also at the Franklin County Extension Office. Following the business meeting, the Application Review and Compliance Committee will convene immediately to address committee-specific matters.
These meetings provide an opportunity for board members, committee participants, and stakeholders to discuss agricultural development, finance, and strategic planning initiatives, supporting the continued growth and sustainability of Kentucky’s agricultural sector.
