The Kentucky State Fair has revealed its official 2026 poster as part of Kentucky’s 234th birthday celebration.
Featuring the theme “County Traditions, Country Celebration,” the artwork highlights the fair’s connection to the nationwide America250 commemoration marking the United States’ 250th anniversary.
The poster showcases several iconic symbols, including Freedom Hall, the World’s Championship Horse Show, and the American Saddlebred, Kentucky’s only native horse breed.
At the center of the design, a Saddlebred and rider are depicted taking a victory lap in front of Freedom Hall, recognizing the 123rd World’s Championship Horse Show, which will take place August 22-29 during the Kentucky State Fair.
Visitors attending the fair from August 20-30 can enjoy America250-themed attractions, including the United We Stand at 250 exhibit, patriotic contests, live mural paintings, and special photo opportunities.
"America's 250th birthday is a moment to recognize what connects our Commonwealth to the nation," said David S. Beck, President & CEO of Kentucky Venues.
"Spotlighting our only native horse breed and Freedom Hall, an arena honoring the service members of World War II and the Korean War, brings our agricultural roots and commitment to others together under one roof."
The commemorative poster will be available for purchase during the fair.
