The Buffalo Trace Cooperative Extension Service Counties will host the 2025 Commercial Pesticide Applicator Continuing Education Training on November 20, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST.
This virtual event, held via Zoom, offers certified pesticide applicators an opportunity to earn continuing education units (CEUs) approved by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Participants will receive credits in several key categories, including Category 1A: Agricultural Plant (4 CEUs), Category 1B: Agricultural Animal (1 CEU), Category 3: Ornamental, Turf, and Lawn Care (1 CEU), Category 4: Seed Treatment (1 CEU), and Category 6: Right of Way (1 CEU).
The training includes a 30-minute lunch break and will cover essential updates, best practices, and safety standards for licensed pesticide applicators working across agricultural and commercial sectors.
