Aug. 23 KENA Dinner to Discuss Complementary Therapies

Have you ever wondered what complementary therapies actually do? Join the Kentucky Horse Council for our August KENA dinner and discussion to find out.

On Aug. 23, we will host our quarterly Kentucky Equine Networking Association (KENA) dinner and discussion at Locust Trace AgriScience Center. Organizers hope you'll join to watch demos on live horses and find out what conditions and ailments that complementary therapies including chiropractic, acupuncture, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), and kinesio tape can and cannot help.

Organizers look forward to welcoming body-work professionals from CORE Therapies Veterinary Acupuncture and Chiropractic Clinic and Creek Hollow Veterinary Services as they clarify what these modalities are and what they do to help your horse.

The dinner and discussion will be held at the Locust Trace AgriScience Center, 3591 Leestown Rd, Lexington

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with networking, with dinner beginning at 6 p.m. The presentations and discussion will begin at 6:45 p.m.

Tickets are $30. Click https://bit.ly/3zZQCU8 to register, and please contact us with any questions at info@kentuckyhorse.org!
