KAFC reschedules January meeting to January 17

By Blake Jackson

The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC) has announced a rescheduling of its monthly business meeting.

Originally set for Friday, January 10, the meeting will now take place on Friday, January 17, at the Franklin County Extension Office, located at 101 Lakeview Court in Frankfort, Kentucky.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. EST. Prior to the main meeting, the KAFC Loan Review Committee will convene at 8 a.m. The KAFC Compliance Committee will meet immediately after the Loan Review Committee concludes its discussions.

These meetings are part of the ongoing efforts to support Kentucky's agricultural industry through financial and regulatory oversight.

Following the KAFC business meeting, the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board (KADB) will hold its own monthly business meeting. This will be followed by the KADB Application Review Committee meeting.

Both boards are essential components of the state's agricultural development efforts, providing guidance and resources to Kentucky farmers and agribusinesses.
