Kentucky State Fair means it's time for the annual Commodity Appreciation Breakfast.
People are invited to join in the event, kicking off the state fair run and hosted on the state fairgrounds, Aug. 18 beginning at 8 a.m. in the "Great Kentucky Proud Cook Out" tent in Parking Lot A.
The event is hosted by these Kentucky commodity groups: Aquaculture Association, Beekeepers Association, Cattlemen's Association, Corn Growers Association, Country Ham Association, Dairy Association, Horticulture Council, Pork Producers Association and the Poultry Federation.
