The Covington Farmers Market will host its annual Farm to Fork fundraiser on Saturday, June 21, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Covington Plaza.
This highly anticipated event serves as the primary fundraiser for the market, showcasing an array of culinary delights crafted from products supplied by local growers and vendors.
Attendees will enjoy a diverse buffet-style menu. Featured dishes include pineapple teriyaki bratwurst skewers from Hampton Ridge Farm, savory lamb gyro kebabs from North Valley Croft, and delicious sausage-stuffed mushrooms from Pine Hill Farm.
Boone Creek Creamery will offer their popular sassy pimento cheese and pretzel bites, among many other selections. To complement the meal, West Sixth Brewing Covington Haus will have a selection of beers and ciders available for purchase.
The evening's atmosphere will be enhanced by the lively sounds of Meadowgrass Mule Unit, known for their high-energy blend of Bluegrass, Americana, and folk music.
The Covington Farmers Market operates as a program of The Center for Great Neighborhoods, relying on community donations, sponsorships, and fundraising events like Farm to Fork to sustain its operations.
