The Kentucky Office of Agricultural Policy has scheduled several in-person meetings in March to discuss key agricultural financing and development initiatives.
These meetings will be held at the Franklin County Extension Office, located at 101 Lakeview Court in Frankfort.
On Friday, March 14, the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC) Loan Review Committee will convene at 9 a.m. EDT to assess loan applications and financial matters related to agricultural operations.
Immediately after, at 10 a.m. EDT, KAFC will hold its monthly business meeting to discuss ongoing financial strategies and agricultural funding programs.
Later in the month, on Friday, March 21, the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board (KADB) will meet for its monthly business session at 9 a.m. EDT. The board will review agricultural development initiatives, funding distributions, and policy updates.
Following this session, the KADB Application Review and Compliance Committee will meet to evaluate applications and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
These meetings provide an opportunity for agricultural stakeholders to stay informed on funding programs and policy updates. Farmers, agribusiness professionals, and other interested parties are encouraged to attend.
