The Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) Education Foundation has set a new benchmark for its scholarship program, awarding a record-breaking $790,950 to 575 high school seniors in 2024. This substantial investment underscores the organization's unwavering commitment to nurturing the next generation of Kentucky's talent pool.

By partnering with county Farm Bureaus, KFB has expanded its scholarship program, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds and with varying academic interests can pursue higher education.

The awarded funds will support students pursuing a wide array of fields, including agriculture, animal science, veterinary medicine, horticulture, and trade skills.

“Kentucky Farm Bureau is proud to have awarded millions of dollars in scholarships over the years to help ensure the success of Kentucky’s next generation of leaders,” said Eddie Melton, KFB President. “Each of the 2024 recipients represent the very best and brightest in their communities. Whether they choose to pursue agriculture education or other studies, we are pleased to continue our commitment to supporting them in their academic pursuits. We look forward to seeing the positive impact these young people will bring to our great commonwealth.”

The scholarship program is a testament to KFB's dedication to the state's overall growth and development. By investing in education, the organization is not only supporting individual students but also contributing to the advancement of Kentucky's economy and communities.
