The Hopkins County Extension Office is hosting an informational meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 5 to 6 p.m. at 25 Mahr Park Drive in Madisonville, KY.
This event is designed for producers interested in applying for cost share funds that can help cover expenses for projects already completed on their farms aimed at improving their operations.
During the session, attendees will learn about the eligibility requirements for these cost share programs and receive detailed guidance on how to apply.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns related to the application process.
This event is open to both adults and youth who want to gain a better understanding of the cost share funds available and how they can support farm improvements. Whether you’re new to the process or looking to apply again, this meeting will offer valuable information to help you take advantage of these financial assistance opportunities.
For more information, you can contact Jeremy McGill at 270-821-3650 or email jeremy.mcgill@uky.edu. The Hopkins County Extension Office encourages all interested producers to attend and hopes to see you there.
