Brian Pugh, the agency manager for Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance in Floyd County, has been honored with the title of 2023 Kentucky Agency Manager of the Year. This recognition was announced by the Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) during their 69th annual sales conference in Louisville. Pugh was also acknowledged as the 2023 Agency Manager of the Year for District Five.
The awards highlight Pugh's outstanding achievements in overall sales production, a satisfactory loss ratio, dedication to policyholders, and a positive attitude. The statewide 2023 Kentucky Agency Manager of the Year award specifically commends Pugh for exemplifying these qualities across the entire state.
The District Five Agent of the Year accolade recognizes excellence in overall sales production, satisfactory loss ratio, service to policyholders, and a positive attitude. District Five encompasses a 24-county region, including Bath, Boyd, Breathitt, Carter, and more.
Hailing from Prestonsburg, Pugh holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Pikeville. Actively involved in his community, he is a member of the Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church and has contributed to local youth sports programs and boosters for Prestonsburg High School by serving on various boards of directors.
These awards not only honor Pugh's accomplishments but also underscore his commitment to excellence and positive contributions to the insurance and local community.
